Nick and I are now on our 4th batch of beer. It's bottled and hanging out in our fridge for another week, just in time for my birthday. Before I get ahead of myself, I thought I would post some photos of beer #3 and a recap of beer #2(no pun intended).
Beer #3 has been long gone, sadly. It was called Kleinur which is an icelandic donut made with cardamom. I'm sure you can guess our secret ingredient...
